I"m a newbie to protein shakes, besides the powder, what else I need?

hydrolized is straight drop

I'ze wants dat trutein

syntha 6 is the same deal :hmm2: how much better does it taste and can i get it for under 50 after shipping :snitch:

My trainer threw a pack of Syntha 6 to me today, testing out with dinner tonight. I also have some Trutein on order.

Isopure Cookies and Cream was decent but not worth buying a 5 lb supply

Better off with real food but I use one scoop of syntha 6 with my breakfast because a cup of egg whites for 25g of protein is too expensive and time consuming to go along with my 3 whole eggs 1 egg white banana and apple
