All you need is a shaker bottle, protein and water. Depending on what you're looking to get out of the shake calorie and macro wise you can sub milk for water and add things like peanut butter and fruit. If you use an actual blender you can get pretty creative.

only thing i take is a daily multi-vitamin like Centrum (but i bought the generic storebrand). Whey is probably good but i'm too broke for that.
