Bleeding Green Nation posted 13 candidates...aside from Caldwell, the only other name that really caught my attention was Todd Monken, problem is, he is technically still the Browns OC. If the eagles can pry him away, he will infuse air raid into Doug offense and.....bombs away

Makes Ruggs that much more desirable for the offense. Might even start seeing more deep shots to Gawdert. Adding to all of that, Doug needs another veteran coach to help with game planning, ala Reich.

I see nothing but wins with these rumored/desired OC picks. :ehh:

My money is on Caldwell...The Eagles loved Reich so much...well who did Frank learn from...Caldwell. Flacco, Manning and Stafford have had some of their best years under Caldwell. The OC job is a glorified advisory role (since the OC wont call plays) doug needs someone with experience he will actually listen to. Even if Groh has good ideas, I am not sure Doug trusts him enough since he has no real experience.

I watched a few more clips of Raegor...and my notes were backward...he is almost exclusively an outside guy who may not offer much in terms of intermediate routes or lining up in the slot. I would rather a WR who you can move around but at this point...maybe that scouting report is wrong - I would take a shot at Raegor...but he is likely a 2nd rounder not a 1st.

Wondering who our OC and WR coach gonna be. Also anxious about the draft and free agency. It’s a big offseason for us.

I wanted Duece to get the job before and I'd still like to see him get a chance.

Might just be sentimental but he's done a pretty amazing job as the RB coach. Different group of rbs every year and everyone seems to thrive or exceed expectations

I'm sure alot more plays into that success than just Deuce but you cant deny his success.

I have a vibe that Deuce maybe a better head coach than an OC- the problem is- noone is giving him an interview - he seems like the type of guy players would play for, being a player and one who was successful has it own cache with a lockerrom- I think if a team gave him an OC who was on the come up and a grizzled vet as a DC- given a team with some talent- he would probably do well
