Anyone else not really interested in Freeman or Shady?
I’m not, either. Don’t see why they feel the need to waste time on a washed vet RB when they already have Sanders.

RB isn’t a hard position to get right. Late round picks and UDFAs make impacts at the position all the time, and a good O-Line is half their production anyway. The Eagles have two UDFAs who fit the power back mold, plus another UDFA with game-breaking speed. Let them battle it out with Clement for a roster spot, and roll with Sanders/Scott as the starters.

Because :

- they cost nothing
- the players behind Sanders are Scott (2 good games in his career), Clement (hasn't stayed healthy since the SB run), and UDFAs who've proven nothing

Adding a veteran doesn't impact Sanders or his touches, but it gives the rest of that group some more competition and that never hurts.

Shady averaged 4.6 YPC in a reserve role last year, and had 5 games over 5 YPC, he just ran out of steam at the end. If he looks good in the summer and we can squeeze a few good games out of him like KC did, then that's a good signing even if he's dust by December.

I'd prefer shady in all honesty, but I don't wanna see him get cut

I think they need to keep 4 Rbs

1 Sanders
2 Scott
3 one of Warren , Clement or Holyfield
4 Killins for returns and random plays

I feel the same...I was on board with Hyde as long as its cheap- but now that he is gone....I dont want Shady and I definitely dont want Freeman. I have confidence in Warren...my only concern is he was used alot in Cincy, but if he is gonna have limited touches- im with it. He reminds me of CJ Anderson- he just needs to tighten up his pass protection game
