Really, Washington? They were a 3-13 team last season. We still don’t know what Haskins is as a QB, and he has nothing to work with outside MacLaurin. They lost two starters on the O-Line. They traded away their best CB. Outside their defensive line, which was already good in 2019, what do the Redskins have? And on top of it, they have to implement a new coaching system in a truncated offseason.
Dallas is still the team to beat. They were the #1 offense in the NFL last season, and it only got better with CeeDee Lamb. Their defense is a question without Byron Jones and Robert Quinn, but barring injuries I don’t see how they aren’t a team capable of scoring 30-35 points a game.
Even the Giants are scarier than the Redskins.
So long as the Eagles don’t face the same catastrophic wave of injuries they did in 2018 and 2018, we’ll be competitive in the division. We came into the offseason with two major weaknesses: CB and WR. We added a CB1 in Slay and a good slot CB in NRC. We added Reagor, Goodwin, and two late-round speed options, plus have DJax returning. LT is a question without Peters, but still have four other very good to elite players on the O-Line. We still have the same Head Coach. The tools are there. Just need to be able to put it all together.
