He played well on the left side last year when he stepped in for Peters
But
I think they dont like the fact that he was so trash as a right tackke replacing Lane and he had a bad attitude about playing the right side even before the game. Couldnt even complete the seattle game before Big V stepped in. Its sort of a red flag but I think its more on the coaching staff for not cross training him at both Tackle spots since OTAs last year.

From what I read, people are speculating that some in the organization dont have faith in Dillard because he broke down crying several times during practice
I know there was the Barnett incident in training camp but there's ppl saying that wasn't the only time. No confirmation though
I think at this point though you have to give him the LT spot. You can't spend a 1st round pick on him and then just sit him for years
