Theres no guarentee of the fight making $200mil . . .

I see no issue with manny getting $40m flat fee + a small cut off profits. Its absurd to think pac wouldnt have got a %age from the fight, considering Cotto, Hatton and Canelo all got money off the backend. All the risk is with floyd, he's putting up his own money. If the fight gets postponed/delayed or cancelled due to injury - thats floyds money thats down the toilet - not mannys.
