The song was on some fat tone mix tape....he said some shlt like"they say i killed the thizzle man/no more thizzle dance" or somthing like that

My cousin said he heard it on a tape and it said "I had the Thizzle Man popped..." but nobody seems to know where anyone can get this tape...

ok,somebody put me up on game.

saw earlier dude is connected with tech nine..so what tech got to do with nikkas in the bay thinkin he was connected to mac dre's death?

and why was fat tone conected? iont know shyt bout none of this lol

I grew up in KC, spent 20+ years around mid town.

The west coast in general has had a presence in KC since the early 80s, if not before that. There was kids claiming crip and blood here around '87.

Because of that connection the Bay felt really comfortable here. You'd hear about C-BO or Mac Dre hanging out around town. Mac Dre in particular had a huge following here.

Anyway, Mac Dre was killed here and this is where the story gets fuzzy....people claim Fat Tone either outright said he did it, or spit a verse taking credit. Which IMO seems highly unlikely.

RIP to Fat Tone but KC in general was :manny: about the whole thing because they really only get behind one local rapper, Tech N9ne. Again, no disrespect to the dead but I seen more RIP Mac Dre shirts around KC than I did RIP Fat Tone.

Yea dre died in Kc and Fat tone died in las vegas his potna died with him then like some weeks later Fat tone aunty died too smh:snoop:

And it was bad for Tech 9 because he from kc and fat tone from kc, even from the same hood(but fat tone was a crip and tech blood) so anything that was Kc was not good in the bay. But bay nikkas that have real connections with kc still fukked with kc and they kc nikkas AND still do. Just feel some type away bout the shyt.

no they're not.

and tech n9ne never had a problem in the bay e-40 was in kc when he said that.

Some people say it was over dre, some people say it the dre shyt was a smoke screen and he owed mac some money...I don't know, I don't see them going through all the trouble to take his whip and everything back to the bay if they didn't do it for dre.

I never liked the nikkas music, didn't like him as a person either from my experience. nikkas shooting up parties because they cut his wack music off to play someone else's shyt..

:stopitslime:

Crab shyt...and it's still up in the air about how he was acting AFTER dre got ran off 71, I never heard the supposed song where he admitted it or try to take credit for it on the sly, but seeing how mac dre got more love than him in his own city and knowing his MO I can easily see how that rumor caught legs, sad how they did him though, especially if he was innocent.

:wow:

"and i flip nikkas cars off the highway bridge"

tech n9ne was out there in the bay after mac dre got killed
http://www.philaflava.com/tech_9.htm

where's the other interview with vlad asking him about it from like 3 years ago.

and i'm not talking about these white boys and mexicans who were mad
the real nikkas that matter, like j-diggs and e-40 said there were no problems
he was on the radio right after fat tone got killed in 05.
he was never in a situation where he was going to be killed
that's what his whole verse was on kill or be killed he talks about it

Dunno lol. :manny:

Honestly that's before my time. Even the Tech N9ne video posted earlier, when he was talking about crips and bloods in the 50s blocks of KC....he's a few years older than me so he was talking even earlier than I said. The first I heard of crips and bloods was middle school, on 36th and Linwood, around 1987.

I'm 37, not sure anybody older than me posts on this board, that grew up in that area that could pinpoint what led to Cali coming here. KC never had local gangs like the GDs in Chicago, or even something like the Decepts in NY....there was just a bunch of neighborhoods and crime. It could've been something as simple as an uncle, or cousin, coming from California one summer in the early 80s, that put KC up on the gang shyt.

A lot of Cali nikkas came to the midwest in the 80's because they was on the run. It just jumped off from there.
