THAT officially ended it for me on waiting to watch shows. I kept putting it off even though people kept talking about it. It's so good brehs

I'm on S2 ep 3 of homeland now, no more putting off shows

as usual the books are better than the tv show....and you get way more tyrion's on his family


but word of advice try one of em because it drags sometimes you might not like it its not for everyone

actually ASOIAF is relatively low-fantasy but yes you should get the books.
The only problem is you'll know everything so the show won't be as exciting anymore but it's still well worth it.

the books are AMAAAAAAAAZING. It's cool to read the book and then watch the show, you get a lot more out of the viewing experience because you know everyone's back story better. I just started reading the first book and its incredible. One of my favorite quotes early in the first book

“Remember this, boy. All dwarfs may be b*stards, yet not all b*stards need be dwarfs." And with that he turned and sauntered back into the feast, whistling a tune. When he opened the door, the light from within threw his shadow clear across the yard, and for just a moment Tyrion Lannister stood tall as a king.”
