The equivalent to 2 inches in the south is a blizzard in the north.
this should be posted to every fukking news outlet and everyone of those "I'm a better driver than you" notherners

nikka's in NYC and CHI who catch the fukking bus and train all day and rarely have to climb an incline of more than .5 of a degree WITH salt and sand are sitting here talking shyt about the south over true black fukking ice!!!! NYC, next time something hits your city, I'm going to be the biggest a$$hole to all of y'all. I don't give a fukk anymore

And why the fukk is y'all even down here in the first place??? Thought flying south was only for the "birds" :stopitslime:

Now lets say they took away most of your salt trucks or forgot to use them before a snow storm. Then you'd feel the pain we feel in Atl.

Man my coworker was living in Stafford then. Said it took so long to get from Crystal City to home that she said fukk it and got a hotel room in Springfield. I can only imagine trying to get home on 66 in that shyt :to:

I remember that day. I lived in Alexandria, but worked in Reston. Everyone at my job made fun of me when I said I was going to work from home...but those same cacs were the ones sleeping under their desk cause they couldnt get out the parking lot. At any chance of snow, i'm teleworking...

It's not the snow really. I've been in a blizzard before.

The roads are completely frozen over. Trust me, yall aren't seeing that with snow trucks and salt all over the roads.

It's just dangerous out there. If you get stuck on a hill you're done. The car isn't moving.
The crazy thing is, Atlanta is nothing but hills. It took my homeboy 8 hours to get home on a normally 30 minute commute.

The Chi (South Side)
They Mayor of any city can on close city buildings. Mayor cannot close a school district, he can recommend them to close. The Mayor is supposed to declare a disaster to the state Gov. Im really susprised that CNN is grilling him over this.

But were too many commuters on the roadway.

exactly. we just had high temps in the negatives the last 2 days (mon/tue) and they closed all the schools in the city and suburbs. don't know why they didn't do that shyt down south where most people could stay hom
