I'm not even in here trying to clown, Just we get a shyt ton of horrible snow/ice based roads in minnesota and usually good tires dead any type of fukkery. Now black ice is devilish I agree but it usually won't have you sliding down hills like those vids posted or have a whole city walking deaded out. but it is the south and ya'll probably don't deal with that shyt at all.

Where was I trying to clown? I was legitimately curious how this is possible. I don't think its funny at all folks are getting fukked up over this. I already admitted my jerk reaction was "these cats just don't know how to drive" from my midwest upbringing, but quickly looked at it from ATL perspective. If you never seen shyt like this it probably is damn near impossible to drive in. Especially if peeps are rolling around on shyt tires. aint no clowning from me, I hope all ya'll get to the crib safe and unharmed. I don't get no brownie points from living in this dangerous shyt for a third of the year lmfao. Once I'm done with school I'm taking my ass somewhere it doesn't snow.

Wash Sate will have more salt trucks than FLA

before I answer this, have you been to ATL before?

Cause ATL isn't like most other major cities on the east coast or Chicago.

Its the south, so its SUPER spread out...and add to the fact that theres a lot of smaller cities around it. People in GA, based on government, don't really like ATL. They keep trying to weaken its influence by breaking off into smaller cities and shyt so they don't have to contribute to the welfare and wellbeing of the city.

Its ridiculous.

So when we talk about salt trucks...they MIGHT be out there...but so what!

Theres just not enough. There are many long stretches of road that are just too spread out to really affect any forms of traffic or travel.

NYC had 22 inches of snow last time I was there and driving was a cakewalk. You can drive on that shyt. You can't drive on ice.

People in Westchester and Rockland county manage, and their infrastructure for handling snow isn't nearly as good as NYCs, they often have to wait until the next day for roads to be clear and they still do fine with driving.

I was in Yonkers last week and there were plenty of roads that weren't salted, and cars weren't flying off the road. I'm not gonna make jokes or anything, but if the vast majority of a population has never driven in snow/icey conditions I sort of expect what I see happening down there.
