that's one thing I give cacs credit for. I saw the light after having a medium steak cooked at one of my wife's cac coworkers house about 15 years ago. I felt so ashamed afterwards. Her husband cooked this fire ass ribeye....tender as a mufukka. Butter, salt, pepper, and a lil garlic/onion seasoning.
used to douse my shyt with A1 like most nikkaz and having that shyt burnt.

I legit thought I hated steak till I had it medium, moms would overcook thin chuck cuts when we were growing up. Avoided it for the longest. Had my first good steak at 21
