The fast food making you feel sluggish and tired, is true. Once you stop eating that for 3+ weeks, your body feels naturally supercharged and focused. Especially important that you remain energetic and alert when you drive on the road a lot.

Cut fast food, door dash, and alcohol this summer and been going to the gym. I'm feeling and starting to look great
