This is one of the few things Ayn Rand said that I agree with, but at the same time I disagree with this too.

Which is why ultimately I can't get with her ideals...plus she was a racist who had a deep contempt for middle eastern people and culture.

As I said, starter philosophy, teenager philosophy. But theres no better place to start to help you value yourself and what you can do in this world.

The Black Community
Well the first sentence was obviously a joke. Black people have NEVER been together in my lifetime, not even close. We need to raise our individual self esteem to be able to respect each other. Getting together and asking for shyt will easily be defeated by the msm propaganda machine.

"nikkas standing in line? - they wanna hold me back!" - Rozay

Asking for shyt? Who said we want to ask for anything? You got that civil rights movement mentality which was bullshyt as well...we don;t want to ask for something that is inherit to our livelihood, like self-determination, food, shelter, and suitable living conditions...we will TAKE them as a group...our self-esteem is just fine and it will be even stronger when we collectivize..learn your history...the reason why blacks have not collectivized in our lifetimes is because their are systemic prohibitions in place that keep us in this subordinate state to this day...we are in a New Nadir and the post-racial American clowns use the Obama example to show that it is our fault that we have not done better. Man, collectivization is the only way we can take what we want; not ASK...but TAKE what is rightfully ours in a so called democracy

No its not good philosophy because Rand takes something like self-worth, which is important, and tells people to create a superiority complex. You can learn self-worth from other places that don't advocate white supremacy as their foundation. Self-worth is key, but not the way Rand wants it

You know you can take a lot away from a book that positively impacts you without completely following the book like a rule book?

But I can't show any sympathy/empathy at all. I tried but there is no feeling there.

Breh, you can't innately not show sympathy/empathy, you're not a sociopath, if you were you wouldn't be making this thread, and also I can tell you're not, trust me on that. So that's out of the way, you're not a psycho/sociopath whatever.

You're just angry, frustrated and emotionally numb. From a young age you've gone through a lot so your brains natural means of protecting you was to 'shut off' and now being 'shut off' is your default feeling. The vodka is also a 'downer' so your brain is constantly quite a 'dark' place.

Now, right now, it's not like you can't show sympathy, it's that you can't show ANY emotion, big difference, you don't allow yourself to get too angry, too excited, too anything and empathy and sympathy are just two things, right now you're not allowing yourself to show anything.

Breh, you're in a bit of a hard place at the moment, so how you are is perfectly normal, you are a black man who has to experience the racism that most black people experience but unlike other black people you didn't have the parents to help you cope, you have a white mother who God bless her, can't teach you how to be a black man. Your black father who could have been the person to teach you those things wasn't a consistent present figure. You are growing up in a racist white world which is built to work against you with little support.

The 'system' isn't something that works for you, you haven't liked education and you don't like typical work. So you're at a place where by you see the things you want (girls, cars, money, blah blah) but you don't have the resources to get them. You're broke, you want money but you don't fit the mold of the people that the 'normal world' allows to get money.

Why you feel so numb is common sense, you've been through a lot and you're trying your best to get through.

What you must focus on how is how to allow this to work for you, or snap out of it.

My main point is that Rand promotes superiority in her rhetoric, which is damaging to collectivization. That's how white supremacy stays strong. And if you are down with the cause then you recognize what capitalism is reinforced with racism towards our people across the globe then

I get that point and I agree with you on that. But Rand is an extreme case where her foundation is based on racial oppression; if the foundation is cracked, I'm not rolling with it; if its cool for you, cool. I see it as damaging though

The part I didn't bold is more dumb shyt...cacs got Africans, not nikkas, to be Christian through an intense psychological, torturous process called seasoning.

If you got that from DuBois, you don't know DuBois at all

Not particularly well, but Ive read the negro and the education of black people :manny:. He says the top ten percent of blacks need to uplift the rest, which isnt exactly what i was advocating, but I also didnt give any particular community agenda. I told a 18 year old alcoholic that quit his job to read a book about self esteem and self worth.

Sue me :obama:
