It used to happen to me if I slept on my back with my bare chest exposed.
Some of you have some insanely wild imaginations.
I didn't say it wasn't real. I've experienced it too.Nah man
Sleep Paralysis is real
No laughing matter
I had it twice as a kid, once as a teenager, once as an adult
It’s one of the most scariest shyt ever
You can’t move your body
Your eyes wide open too
You can’t breathe
It’s like something heavy is
sitting on your chest
No imagination when
you never experienced it
I had that before. Heard low whispering. But it was unintelligible. I ran to church that weekend This was my first time seeing something though.
Usually when I get sleep paralysis, it's nothing I have to worry about even there have been times where there were shadowy figures but I wasn't bothered by them as I've encountered sleep paralysis many times. I usually keep calm and I get out of it pretty fast.I’ve had frequent spouts of sleep paralysis. This started when I had to sleep in my car a few years ago.
What works best is just to start praying really hard. You gotta pray like you’re a priest about to be beheaded. I tell the the demons “ I cover myself in the blood of Christ! he’s here! He’s coming! Get away from me demons Jesus is here with us
i know it sounds crazy but it always works.
That’s exactly when I would get sleep paralysis when I was a lazy teenager and would sleep too long during summer break. Figured out the cause and stopped that scary shytDon't oversleep?
Take vitamin supplements?
Do cardio?
Man if you don't take yo ass back to sleep Ain't no damn demons in your room, y'all nikkas watch too many movies

One circumstance in the last year I experience the unintelligible whisperings/murmurings in my ear for the first time and I was genuinely terrified. I had to pray to God heavy. I interpreted it as a warning, but it really made me want to be as Godly as I possibly can.
I've had sleep paralysis probably over 40 times in my life including nights where I go back to back like 5 rounds of sleep paralysis, but never had the whispers. That shyt crazy. Staying calm is best, but sometimes you really do have to pray to God if you're terrified.
