I was always taught to say “Jesus” when that happens

nikkas ain’t gon believe it but this happened to me recently saw a figure that looked like a female it had long curly hair but that’s all I could make out, it actually walked towards me and when I called the name of Jesus it all stopped.

I’ve been having these type of experiences out of body, seeing figures/orbs, etc since I was a kid.

Did you think to say the Lord's prayer? They don't come at me like that and when. They did I was put of the spirit. I say the Lord's prayer plus know BJJ so even the killers in my dreams don't fukk with me.

Why does this only happen while sleeping on your back?

Happened to me as a kid sleeping on my stomach and I felt whatever it was sitting on my back and it told me to go to sleep in a demonic voice I was like 11-12

The first time I had experienced sleep paralysis, my room was pitch black so that was no fun.Oh and I used to get wake up loops. So imagining yourself waking up in a continuous loop, but you are still dreaming, but your mind thinks you are waking up

A false awakening loop is when a subject dreams about waking up over and over again, sometimes even up to 10 times or more without knowing which time they are actually awake
