im a sucker for good cinematography. finally copped it a few months ago to add to the collection. you gotta be special for me to buyFantastic movie. the editing and cinematography is crazy.Easily one of the best movies I've seen.

Seriously one of the best movies ever...i love how nikkas got back stories and shyt...Ze was on that shyt though...so demonic was that nikka.
First time I saw it, I somehow caught it for free unedited uninterrupted on IFC like 10 years ago. All the way from the beginning in the pre DVR days. It was incredible

Amazing movie.....absolutely amazing....
probably in my top 10 favorite movies...I was doing this film summer workshop when I was like 15 and my mentor gave me this on bootleg, changed a niccas life...in 2012 I was fortunate to actually visit the City of God (Cidade de Deus) in person I bought a brew from some old black ladies and they helped me drink it
