Find you a GOOD chiropractor and never let them go. :mjcry:

:noah: I went to this 70 year old man’s practice once a week in high school for a year and OMG. There’s one move where My lower half was off the table and he had to hold my legs, I always thought he would drop me but he cracked that thang sooo good :noah:

:sitdown:he may have been trying to cop a feel sometimes

Chiropractor and a Rollga foam roller.

Also do some hip stretches, its tons of youtube videos on stretches that can help with the pain.

SCIATICA!!!!!!!!

ain’t felt this in years, woke up and my lower back was killing me

I went to:pick my son up because he was being a non listener, bent over and I almost collapsed my back locked up so bad...been hurting all day with no let ups...tried to go in publix, go to the front of the parking lot and turned my ass around

anybody deal with this? How do u fix it??
HHHALLLLPPPP :damn: :damn: :damn:

Is the pain running down from your back to your asscheek (:dame:) to your toes? Im not sure if its sciatica if thats not happening, from what I know the sciatic nerve runs from your ass to your toes

Anyway I went thru this like 10 years ago, this problem runs in my family from my mom side because we all fairly tall (im 6'3). Me, my brother and a couple of aunts all got it that i know of

At first i just had lower back pain and then it just kept getting worse to the point where i couldnt walk and was bed ridden for about 3 months. I tried physical therapy for months and that didnt work, but once i did surgery i was walking 2 days later and still walking fine till this day

I had surgery in my L4,L5 region and what the doctor explained to me was that each disc running down your spine is like a jelly doughnut,it has liquid inside of it. One of my disc had a crack in it and the liquid that came out was hitting my sciatic nerve, so all they did was take out all the liquid from that disk and i been great ever since

Best advice i can give you is to lose weight, and stretch everyday. If I slack off the gym and gain a ton of weight i start getting similiar pains so i personally know how important it is to stay fit and keepimg your body loose with stretching.

Try this stretching video out, it has more than 20 mil views and it works. I hurt my back like 2 years ago leg pressing and this got me through it without having to see any doctor

Sounds terrible :picard: how old are some of you nikkas? I didn't think back problems were common in people under 50.
