He won’t win in the general category. He’d need voters from Pop, Jazz, Rock, etc. to basically say “fukk Drake” and I don’t think the industry at large is ready to do that. He’ll have Hip Hop and R&B votes on lock but that won’t be enough.

Back in the days they only gave out best rap song solo and group. Then they added album.

My only problem with the Grammys is that everyone gets to vote on everything and it’s equally waited. That would be like soccer journalist getting to vote in the MLB and NFL mvp, and MLB journalists getting to vote in the cricket mvp etc. And rap people are so oblivious to the fact that they can vote. Like Joe Budden always cries, but never votes, doesn’t even know that he can vote.
