And he was stable enough to not kill the first driver because he wouldn't have a ride back to his motel room.

Dude obviously just wanted to kill somebody. Very fukked up world we're in some times.
I've read plenty of stories of people committing certain crimes with the sole intent of killing the 1st person they come upon.

Also as a driver you can't tell who's capable of committing any heinous acts against you.

this y’all problem.. y’all always want a reason for shyt.

evil people just do sick shyt. No traumatic backstory, no medical disease, no motive
This government is literally spending millions of dollars towards case studies and examining the minds of people who commit acts like this. If society takes the position of "evil is just evil" and never try to understand it , then you can't create preventive measures to stop acts like this and society will be at the mercy of the evil leaving the only remedy to profile and arrest without warrant. That is a dangerous road to travel. So the question of why is important and we need to get more into that so that we can create an environment that protects people from people like him.

The killer wasa year old milllenial similar age as alot of these 2012 coli posters... just a wierd type generation over all. Only gen that don't really be doing g type street shyt, like getting money or whatever.

Only generation that invented "the knock out game" of knocking out random old people for no reason not even for money. Only generation with the prevalence of victimizing innocent people intentionally.

Nonsensical type generation of dudes, you can see it in the type of shyt they say online on social media,YouTube comments, this site smh.

They say millenials are a lost generation. Black millenials even more so

Nothing but fukkery doing Uber/Lyft.
They calling Ubers/Lyfts out here and following them in a second car and then car jacking them.
They already car jacking Doordash/Ubereats drivers around here like every other hour all over the city. I used to be out there 2-3am in areas where the whole block the row homes were boarded up on both sides of the streets except like 3 homes. And only 1 street light working but I was moving without a care. All up in the projects at all hours of the night. Looking back I was straight up on some "If I die then I die" even tho I never felt in danger once.:snoop::mjgrin:
Same experience as you. I used to do Uber overnight in DC and sometimes Baltimore. All through SE DC, West Baltimore, etc. Glad I made it out of every sticky situation. A lot of cats just assumed I had it on me even if I didn't.

And idiots over here think it's inhumane the way other countries are tough on crime.

We need that "inhumane" shyt over here. Bet shyt start flying right then
If only the US government actually wanted to curb crime permanently. Instead, they want to keep crime waves coming and going with bandaid solutions they can run on every election. The vast majority of Americans would probably agree on instant death penalties for crimes like this that are easily solved.

appreciate you for typing this out (especially with the bold) and I comprehend having an understanding for the ailments of our society so we fix it for the future.

but what could an environment have done to protect this lady? What if all the tests were ran, all the medical treatments for given, everything about this dude checked out fine — and he STILL did this? What do we say now?

that’s why I’m stuck on a pessimistic position. Some folks are simply sick and I’m starting to see “mental illness” being a blanket term for anything people don’t want to face head on.
