I think for crimes like this, they should have public executions televised starting with dismemberment of the genitals then feet, hands, legs, arms. Tape up all wounds to keep them alive and apply shock torture by loud music in a room.

Let them listen to it for a week non stop, then apologize for their horrendous crimes followed by beheading and throwing their body parts in a hole with all the other serial killers.
