cardio may increase your daily deficit, but if you are eating your way out of it the work is for nothing
for a long term fix, fixing diet is 100% proven.
I can do 80lbs. dumbbells about 7-9 times. I maxed out around 200lbs. in January...I started off maxing 125lbs.

Good job, I hoping to reach that weight by the end of next month. For the past month been stuck on 205. I can get that for 7 (moving up doing 5 sets). I work out alone, don't have a spotter, so don't want to go higher than that without one. I've burned myself out on lighter weight in the past and had to yell for someone to get it off me lol.
