nikkas is bragging bout benching 225 ONCE, like really though??

listen breh your talking about someone that had trouble lift 155 last year and was damn near 240 with zero muscle and all fat. I have come a long way i shyt you not so if u dont have any props or advice to drop then get fuk outta here breh. We all about support here.

but for the sake of your rotator cuffs i agree

i was worried about that also but what do u think o bcaa vs protein i been on bcaa since a trainer told me to use that instead of protein since it doesnt add too much bulk

i think your trainer bullshytted you :manny:

its not easy getting bulky, it requires alot of time and effort(and eating)

if you are cutting, you just wont get big(you may appear bigger due to better muscle definition because of fat loss though)

BCAA is over priced, and most of that stuff you can get from just eating a steak. just remember all of those things are "supplements"...if possible get your nutrition from food. Itll improve your eating habits too

i be trying man but work done cut my cooking time down. I eat my egg whites and oatmeal in the morning and have tuna and fruit in the noon with poultry at night. That if i have the time to do that.

BCAA help me a lot during my workouts but im gonna switch back to protein for the post workout

but im pretty multiple in how i get my protein

but yeah BCAA, you may as well finish it out but unless its whey infused with BCAA's like leucine etc its not nearly the same thing and infact you might be short changing yourself on daily total protein
