Aight....If I was in your situation, I'd do the following:
You live in South Carolina, COL should be cheap...
Get a second job, stack up 8-10k within a year...
Move to a large city after that year, DC, Houston, Dallas, Chicago...
Get a roommate, you can find one for $400-$500 on Craigslist...
Live off your savings til you find a FT job....
Offer to intern for free to get in the door, get a night job to cover expenses...
Do whatever you need to turn that into a FT offer...

Go tru a temp aganecy...they can find you work...since you're willing to move, you can apply to temp agencies anywhere in the country. Try monster.com. careerbuilder.com and google to see if you can find temp agencies out there.
The job I have know came through a temp agency (I have a career job by the way...not a fill out an application, come to the interview with a button up and black dikkies...type of job

I think the Nigerian was trying to ask what skills do you have that employers will be impressed by...your selling points. Such as
"Im not quick to loose my temper", "I'm opened to suggestions", "I interact well with strangers"...
I don't think he was talking about the field of "Marketing".
