Did you mean to quote me? I haven't tried with fish yet but I did do 2 bone-in chicken breast the other day. Came out so damn tender. Put them under the broiler for a couple minutes to crisp up the skin and give it some color. Forgot to take pictures tho.
I just found a copycat recipe for El Pollo Loco's marinade. Can't wait to try that this weekend.

Okay, that's what up, haven't gone through this whole thread. Really I'm trying to fall asleep but can't. Can you tell me the name and exactly the brand you have? I had planned on pretty much grilling all my food but that thing is so neat to me. I'm surprised I've never seen it, I'm ashamed.

I don't understand how anyone can hate soup. Hmmm it's probably a texture thing.
Next time you cook for her you should create a 3 course meal so she has to at least try.

I do a lot of stewing, so if I get another pot its gonna turn black the same way no matter how much I scrub w/ the wire mesh shyt. My shyt clean, its just black

You have to keep it greased because the pot will rust. My family also uses cast iron/ iron skillets pots. Those things turn black easily.

you're also not supposed to clean those with wire mesh scrubbies..

makes them toxic..

you just soak, and wash it off.. when you're done, you wipe the entire thing down with olive oil, or grease to avoid rusting..
