honestly the best way to cook, imo...its more fun, if you know the basics than the food will still taste fine...only time i measure is when i bake, cause that shyt usually gotta be precise and i aint an expert on baking...

I agree I usually think up seasonings and flavors on the spot lol

went out to eat tonight, steak sliced on the biased with pomme frites...i posted mostly cause this is the way i recommend you make your own french fries...just add fresh(always best) rosemary and tyme to them after they are cooked....just tremendous.

I had this for the first time last week in a cook off competition. I literally just told my bf I want to try and make this. I think I will try it this weekend.

I havent had it in years even though it was a regular meal growing up

for those than dont know its supposed to be layered like lasagna and the plantains are supposed to be fried in advance and the cheese on top toasted but aint nobody got time for that

@Primetime21 both were sweet and had no foul smell. That's my juicer in the background.

Green juice:

2 green apples
3 pears
1 red plum
1 black plum
2 large kale leaves

Makes about 28oz of juice.

Orange juice:

2 green apples
2 pears
1 large carrot

Probably 16-20oz

I'll take a pic once I get a new juice jug (cracked it) for a visual representation of the proportions.

yep will definitely shorten your life

lol after I posted that I planned to make it this weekend, I looked up the nutritional information for this dish and said :whoa: never mind. lol

orecchiette pasta, roasted garlic and cauliflower, sautéed zucchini, pecorino Romano cheese. No special sauce or anything just some EV olive oil and a cup or so of the water I boiled the pasta in. I also roasted pistachios chopped them up and added as a topper. Of course salt, pepper, and parsley.
