Stuffed chicken breast with feta cheese and a mix of Greek olives. I also gave it a Parmesan crusted top. The pasta behind it is just linguini in a creamy cheese sauce with baby Bella mushrooms and shrimp.

Couldn't really get the pic to look right but this is a salad made with Kalimantan olives, roasted red peppers, red onions, feta cheese and lemon garlic shrimp. Tossed it with white wine vinegar and lemon juice.

anyone have an interesting baked ziti recipe?

I have my own way of making it.

Ground beef
red kidney beans
Penne or pasta of ur choice
depending on how large ur cooking( I usually cook for 4), I use 2-3 packs of sauzon seasoning packs
cut up green, orange, yellow peppers
Onions
Black pepper
garlic seasoing
shredded cheese
2eggs
Brown sugar
Pasta sauce

I boil the water with a lil bit of veg oil and enough seasoning to give(the pasta) it's own taste
That usually takes 10-15mins depending on how high or low you cook ur food. When it's done I add 1-2 scoops of butter.

The ground beef I usually have it marinate over night with lemon and herb and lemon and garlic I got from wegmans:wow:

then I add in the seasoning if I hadn't done it over night in a skillet
The onions, garlic, peppers I add in at the same time.
Should take less than 20 mins for that.
-When the ground beef looks cooked,
I add the red beans to it. That can take another 8 mins or so to cook the beans with it.
-After the 7mins or so, I add 1 scoop of butter to it.
-I place the burner on low now as I'm about to add the Pasta sauce to it
-When the sauce it warmed up with the ground beef, on to the next step.

Mix the pasta with the eggs, then put the ground beef
In w/e u use to bake or broil in the Oven.
-Make sure you stir good
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over ur pasta and bake for 40mins
and ur good :blessed:

Stir fried chicken thighs marinated in honey, soy sauce, garlic and honey. I'm telling y'all that is the simplest but most delicious marinade. When it's done cooking throw the chicken and veggies back in the wok and toss with a lil more honey and soy sauce to flavor up the veggies.
