What red wine substitute would you recommend for those who do not consume alcohol?

Not sure you can substitute, you can leave the wine out all together and just use beef stock. But there’s is no alcohol left in this meal at all, it was cooked for 4 hours so all the alcohol burnt off.

I do not consume alcohol so I won't use whiskey. What substitute would you use?

The whiskey is just for flavor, the alcohol will evaporate during the cooking time. But if you feel that strongly about it, you can just leave it out

Man, I knew that question looked familiar. The answer too. Let me find out this is just some shtick you're pulling from forum to forum all across the internet :bryan:

Did you make the dough from scratch, pre-made dough or frozen?

nah it was premade. don't have the skills or patience to make my own. it was some green packaging at walmart that came with 2. i had some chicken breast that was defrosted and needed to put it to use, something different than usual. i washed and dried it, cut out the pieces of fat like usual, then filet them cuz they thick. took the smaller piece and cut it into small pieces. most the videos i seen online already had chicken cooked so figured that was the trick. threw the pieces on the stove and cooked them for a few minutes. then got the dough and of course forgot to preheat oven smh, but did that and spread around some pizza sauce i had in the fridge and some bbq sauce. then threw on the cheese and used turkey pepperoni, which tastes just as good but i think is healthier than the pork/regular ones. added the chicken and some oregano. put it in for 14 minutes and checked on it with less than a minute left, took it out then. was a bit too crispy on the edge so i know next time i can try for 13 minutes next time to not get that.
