Not sure you can substitute, you can leave the wine out all together and just use beef stock. But there’s is no alcohol left in this meal at all, it was cooked for 4 hours so all the alcohol burnt off.What red wine substitute would you recommend for those who do not consume alcohol?
I do not consume alcohol so I won't use whiskey. What substitute would you use?
The whiskey is just for flavor, the alcohol will evaporate during the cooking time. But if you feel that strongly about it, you can just leave it out
