Hold up - you smoking an entire shoulder roast, or just grilling some steaks cut from the shoulder?Beef shoulder steak..And I'm using a charcoal grill old school smoker type
Grilling my first steak tomorrow im nervous asf Im hoping I wont screw this up...Sea Salt, terriyaki juice and honey marinate...hopefully it comes out medium well... I dont have a meat thermometer
Use the indirect grilling method. Its hard to fukk up.
You'll be good. Lots of margin for error smoking a big toat. Just makes sure you let it rest for the proper amount of time after you cook itIt's just one big shoulder steak cut man...
