Yeah I always underestimate how much spinach I add. Those are dutchess potatoes. Mad good.
Can't say I've heard of that before, I'll have to find a recipe online. A fine plate nonetheless, good presentation too. yeah I find that happens to me too after sauteing spinach tho it goes in barely fitting in the pan.

Can you explain the water bath thing and what's going on in the second picture. I don't know anything about cooking besides grilling and im trying to step my game up.
The water bath is called sous vide. It cooks the steak to whatever temp you like. The meat looks like trash straight out the water bath, but all you gotta do is sear it on all sides via cast iron, stainless steel, or searzall, and you have a perfect steak.

Apple rose custard tart with salted caramel ice cream caramel crisp, apple and rosewater reduction and sprinkled with raspberry powder. This was the dessert I made for Christmas day. I couldn't get a good shot before the ice cream melted.

looks perfect to me. :whew::whew::whew::whew:
I usually cook my steaks in a water bath then throw them on the smoker after for a few mins, before searing it on a cast iron skillet

I don't know why more people don't invest in these things. It's like a 100 dollar life altering experience
