going to get some lamb cutlets and fries later its friday, putting lots of mayonnaise on them. God willing i will add some pics.

funny story behind this but im eating :banderas:

i was looking to get an uber for some nigerian cuisine then looking on googles local i saw a spot just up the road :ohhh: ive walked past this place for ages. the woman said they have been open a year. all the time i was fiending suya,beans and all that it was on my door step. :russ:

your boy going to get fat for the 2020 :ohlawd:

lol, i got court tomorrow and could be away for a while. just letting the chefs know i havent gone anywhere and when i get released its back to the same ol same ol. :salute:

2 cups of plain flour
a tea spoon of salt
7 spoonfulls of sugar
2 cups of milk
a splash of water
+ mix.

cant wait to sizzle this later, watch some dj vlad and lord jamar with it. :ohlawd:

Next week I want to do chicken fajitas. Any tips with particular seasonings I should use? I plan on pan cooking the chicken since I don't have a grill, add all the bell peppers and onions and throw it all on a shell.

4 parts chili power
2 parts cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
1 part salt, cayenne, sugar

Use that mix w oil and lime juice. Marinade the meat and veggies for a couple hours and grill em up.

I attempted some general tso chicken in my instant pot this weekend. It tasted like ass. I had the soy, hoisin, rice vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, red pepper... but what was I missing

I dont think that's a good dish for the instapot

Whenever I do chinese, I follow this chick's recipes. She's annoying to listen to, but they turn out well
