Says who?
I was actually just about to ask.
If I do a workout...I usually try to put two body parts thati guess are complimentary.
3 Chest and 3 Tri
3 Back and 3 Bi
Shoulders and what should be Legs
In a rotation pretty much. Usually 3 times i go to the gym a week. Hardest I went was 4 times and then a Saturday home workout.
The issue and reason I do this is because between my commute and when I begin work I only have an hour to work out.
Am I better off doing one body part and 5 or six exercises or is 3 for 2 body parts during a workout better.
Especially because I feel like the 5th and 6th workout tend to be overkill for one body part where I am forced to lower the weight too much or form might suffer if I dont.
Speak to me brehs. I'm ready to learn.
Body:
6 foot 1
185 LBs...dropped to 182 preworkout I saw today. (Long weekend did me wrong)
32 inch waist
40 inch chest (may be around 39 or 38 but i think I measured correctly)
Shoulders are particularly wide...I am forced to wear extra slim fit shirts due to my shape or else the lower back will kinda puff out when I tuck shirts in. Adults and friends and counterparts have always marvelled at my shoulders for whatever reason since I was in grade 7 . I think working for my moms shipping business in grade 6+ had an effect. + My gym teacher was a drill seargent for us at the beginning of class. Always made us do max dips (40 per minute), max situps and pushups (60/40 respectively) and other shyt so I think that also was a factor.
