Swim Fly 130 5X4
Pull Ups 7X4
Dips 7X4
Shoulder Press 160 3X3
Curls 40 10X3
[Lift 25 pound weight directly to the side of me] 5X4
[Lift 25 pound weight directly in front of me] 5X4

Then I go through the entire workout once more.

And if I feel up to it, do 40 inclined sit ups.

I'm going hard breh :snoop:

i dont see no legs, secondly you hitting chest so much that you probably have been lifting the same weight for years

drop a pic and ill be able to better tell you what you need to start doing

you could definitely change up your routine for sure as well as relook at your diet/sleep

I'm not entirely concerned with legs. I've been steadily increasing my chest weights ever since I started working out 3 months ago. I couldn't even do 130 but I'm up to do 195 breh. And I do cardio & some minor leg workouts on Tue & Thurs.

Please tell me what to do with my routine I'm pretty much doing whatever.

My diet is eat as much meat as possible & protein shakes.

Sleep is not always at the same time I mostly get enough of it but sometimes I miss sleep.

Please drop some knowledge.

Legs are essential breh, you need to be going hard and heavy on leg day.

Add a good leg routine, throw in some deads, make sure your drinking lots and lots of water. Fruits and vegetables too.

But I am trying to get brolic up top moreso than downstairs. So you're trying to tell me that if I don't go hard and heavy on legs then I won't see ANY improvement up top??

From what I understand, and from personal experience, when you go hard on legs it helps with the production of testosterone which stimulates muscle growth throughout the body.

I've never seen a routine that didn't include a serious leg routine bro.

Its funny you say that bc he squats more than any of us :lolbron:

But my man, what muscles are being worked out in squats? It's mostly back & legs. I want beefy arms my dude. Beefy shoulders, and traps. Six pack abs. Nice beefy pecs. An overall brolic nature.

Alright I didn't come into this thread to act like I know everything. I will start squatting. What's a good start out weight for a person that's 6'1 185-190?

Squats work your whole core. Same with deads except they hit your mid and upper back also.

Don't be that guy who just benches and bicep curls :comeon: u wouldn't buy a Ferrari with shytty wheels.

I can't tell if you're trolling or not

I'm not. Take it or leave it. :manny:

I just became angry, looking at myself naked in the mirror today. I'm like damn, I'm not making hardly any progress after going hard in the gym for the past 3 months. All this time & money invested for nothing. :snoop:
