I can bench press 200. 3X4
I can do 40 straight pushups.
I can do 14 straight dips.
I can do 12 straight pull ups.
I can curl 45 5X4.
With this alone I should be looking pretty brolic. But I am not advancing from the fukking day I was doing half of what is listed above. I'm beginning to question why even working out? I am not showing any progress at all even though I'm lifting these heavy ass weights 3 times a week
