Well, people all over the world have some crazy beliefs. From that video the drinking of cow piss seems to be some kind of religious thing. Its not like every Indian person does it.

I've never been to India so I woudln't know but other countries (some in the middle-east) wipe their asses with their hand. In such poverty some people can't afford paper, or maybe its just their custom. I'm sure some of our customs seem weird to people in different countries/continents.
