Ya Boy was trying to be the Anti-hyphy artist. Just because he was buzzing during that time didn't mean he was on the same level as E-40, Keak, Messy Marv, Fab, and those other nikkas. By the time MTV got a hold of it, it was already dying. It wasn't that bad IMO, it just gave shine too many ignorant ass nikkas that wouldn't be heard of otherwise. You even had the South trying to jump on the wagon


It had its moments though. That Bomb 21 concert I went to @ HP Pavilion in '06
