:what:

I been down here my whole life, breh. I know when to be worried. This dry ass storm ain't it. If you're on beachfront property or something I'd be a little worried about the possible storm surge

:mjlol:

That sucks. You couldn't leave early?

Homeowners' Insurance companies..county building regulations...if it's the same across the state there won't be any crazy damage.

Since Wilma FPL has put in alot of work. There are gonna be outages but hopefully it'll be easier to put back on since they pretty much replaced all the old wooden poles with concrete ones in SFL.

Like I keep saying, if the rest of the state is as prepared as SFL this storm won't even be in the news tomorrow

Yeah, a lot has changed since Andrew. We're way more prepared now for things like this.

I think/hope Broward got off easy. Literally no Tropical Storm force winds, a little bit of rain, gust here and there. That's it.

RIP to the lives lost in the storm
Yeah we good. Gotta stay aware of that loop back tho. I'd keep everything as is until we're in the clear. Can't afford to go thru this prep again early next week.

No doubt. I'll probably just open up some of the shutters in the front on Saturday and take the extra panels off of our front door.
