How Key West looks after the eye wall passes will determine how the rest of the west coast of Florida will look. Especially given how tiny and waterlocked key west is. If Key West can somewhat "handle" the 130mph wind speeds and the 12ft storm surges I'm sure Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa/St.Pete, Orlando Jacksonville and the panhandle can handle Irma.
