religion is fukking stupid and this thread just reaffirms that belief. We're over here arguing about whether a mythological figure used to be an arch angel or not. shyt is fukking stupid, yet it's actually an important distinction to believers they then use this distinction to separate themselves from other believers like sports teams and then they will get into arguments over this distinction and probably look upon others with disdain who believe something different. No new knowledge gained, just wasted time and energy based on INTERPRETATION of a 2000 year old fukking book that claims to be the word of God yet has been edited many times over the ages you can't make this shyt up

From a non religious outside perspective I can see why some people do, the shyts confusing. Sorta reminds me of the explain what the universe is expanding into thread. Yes! I wonder where did this thought originate from in regards to Witnesses not believing in Jesus? I heard someone else say the same thing as you have and that Witnesses don't believe in Jesus. I grew up in a Witness household and they have ALWAYS taught that Jesus is the Son. They even have entire books and pamphlets dedicated to this very subject.

my stance is that if there was one jesus, he either WAS or WAS NOT god/the son of god. if this jesus character existed, then several groups are incorrect by default. hes either gods son or he isnt, or hes not real
