I cheat when I'm forced too i.e. holidays, finals, etc. It's all about getting into a habit. Eat clean for a couple days and you wont want to eat filth or at least slow down on it

my problem is lengthly commuting for like 3 hours in total per day. At the end of it i'm just so drained and most times in the morning i'm too lazy to cook cause its 630am and I have 30 mins to get ready and get out the door :to:

Eventually i may have to just swallow my pride and cook all my food on one day for the whole week.

I think some of yall spend too much time thinking about food. :huhldup:

Personally I try to eat somewhat healthily but I've always been on the thin side and I've never had to that far out of my way to limit my consumption. My advice is just to cut out soda (completely) and make sure almost all your calories come from food rather than liquids. Other than that, limit your starch and you shouldn't have weight issues IMO.

you cut out liquid cals and eat full cuts of meat

you can make pretty filling meals without going overboard on the sides(ie bread starch etc)

eating 100% clean is difficult, but getting in the 60-80% range is easy with alittle prep and planning going into your meals

You can buy boil in bag rice, already cooked grilled meats, etc. Not that hard. The only problem I have are eating sweets.

I made the best gains when I was eating terrible, I'm talking half a cake a day and. Bunch of other shyt.

I eat a lot of junk food, like pizza, pies, ice cream, sherberts. But I also walk a lot, and have a fast metabolism. I have cut back on sugar though. I've had a lot of dental surgeries fpr cavities, and root canals over the years, and it's just not worth it. Plus what else motivates me to eat healthy is seeing grownmen with protuding stomachs :scusthov::flabbynsick:

I get in cycles with my eating. Ill do well for 2 months, then eat straight up garbage for a month straight. For me its all about consistency. My diet now is bland as fukk :russ: but cheap and easy to make

Oatmeal and black coffee
Almonds
Turkey/Dijon Mustard on a 100 calorie flatbread
Plain unsalted Rice Cakes, small amount of Hummus on it
More Almonds
Protein Shake
Grilled Chicken/Fish/Steak with veggies

it gets boring after a while but when Im able to stick to it I walk around :blessed:
