It ain't easy. Key for me is to go the Grocery Store weekly. and prepare ALL meals in advance.
I buy this regularly:
I agree with 99% of this post.
But have you seen how much sugar is in chocolate soy milk. It's normally between 15g - 30g 1/2 a cup...
I mess with vanilla soy milk which only has 7g...
I buy this regularly:
Gives cereal and everything else much more taste than regular bland milk. Sugar is 15g per 1 cup
Only downside is that it is expensive

vitacost has it cheaper too. They don't carry it at my local kroger...maybe I will look out for it next time I hit wal-mart, trader joes, or aldi.Silk is weak tasting Blue Diamond>*

40 calories per cup is impressive...no sugar. I do like that sweet taste of the silk tho
This what you buy?
Yeah I was checking it out at vitacost...kinda impressed with their prices on here. Might place a regular order just over $50 every 2 weeks and get it shipped free and cheaper than krogerYep, they have a sweetened version also and its only 60 cals per serving.
Chocolate Milk is really loaded...Only chance to keep it somewhat healthy is if you go skim milk or something unsweetened like I linked and adding the chocolate yourself I guessOne thing I've learned is that you can't put a price on life(health)
I drop $3.49 for this
Calories in Fresh & Easy Vanilla Soy Milk and Nutrition Facts
I guess 1 cup = 14g also in my case....
but their chocolate soy milk is like
1 cup = 30g = eating 6 tp of sugar
or same brands are worse and have as much as
1 cup = 50g = eating 10 tp of sugar
