Tortilla is about 200 calories, breast and steak probably about 400, cheese, greens and onion probably add another 100 or so I am guessing. No oil or dressing used
I can't be that far offI would be surprised is the chicken and steak was 400 a whole breast grilled/baked no skin should be between 150-180ish.

I was tempted to do so , but I was already having trouble keeping everything in the wrap. I could eat that every day.But if you are that could be another chicken breast
I can eat healthy but as soon as legit food run out in my house I compensate with slop.
