Na
Start turning unused land in middle America into accommodating neighborhoods just for immigrants who want a chance. Set up educational programs to help them catch up and job programs so that they can participate in the economy. Just doing the right humane things in life and stop looking for short cuts.

I’m in NYC a lot of the immigrants are West Africans.

I apologize, it seems I may have phrased that response incorrectly.

I meant to emphasize that the issue with the current model is that courts are overwhelmed. Storage facilities for housing migrants are overwhelmed. Translators are short staffed. ICE agents are overwhelmed. Paperwork takes years. My point in that reply was to say that westafricans aren't a problem because once the pressure is released from the latin American valve; the other ethnic cities can filter in and be managed in a slow and steady stream.

It's ludicrous that a
Liberians or cameroonians or Nigerians can't get a court date with a USCIS judge because hundreds of thousands of Hondurans or Venezuelans are ahead of them.

They will have their day in asylee/refugee court or be deported by a much relieved ICE task force once the latin Americans are handled.

What's the difference between amnesty and asylum?

I got them confused
Asylum is you're running from war, someone obviously trying to kill you, or some environmental catastrophe so you ask for entry to a country/place where that shyt isn't happening.

Amnesty is just a pardon for crimes.

Step 1) Open up Ford , gm , and Boeing factories in El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. Offer initial set up costs and tax incentives to companies that do so .

Step 2) Then immediately lift the silly sanctions on Venezuela.

Step 3) deport everyone from the above countries , but offer the deportees first dibs on the new jobs in their homelands. Then offer No more immigration trails in the US. Refer them to offices in their home countries if they have a legitimate refugee or asylum claim. (But I suspect they won't anymore)

Step 4) For bonus points , you can place one Intel factory on Haiti on the opposite side of port au prince and then immediately give Kenya 0.01% of the US defence budget to lay siege to the gangs in Port au prince.

These steps would quite literally double the gdp(s) of these nations and stop people from coming here. The idea is to fix the places these people are coming from so that there is no incentive to come to america.

And I doubt this would cost more than 5bil to do, which is nothing when compare to the US national budget. It'll cost far less than any immigration steps within the US .

This sounds like a tangible solution.

Its the CIA's fault that those countries are destabilized

Thats a constitutional amendment and will get complicated with the number of soldiers the USA has overseas
Yeah I know.. the amendment shyt would open a can of worms :snoop:

But I don't see the problem with the soldiers, explain. Because their already usa citizens so their kids would be to. Unless you're talking about how soldiers sow their oats and have foreign kids other there.

Have them fix up dilapidated neighborhoods, pick fruit, clean up trash, do the jobs Americans don’t want to do.
Nah

That’s what they did way back in the day … they had non whites building railroads and infrastructure in the middle of nowhere …

Just send them home

It’s not a government problem.

As long as companies can spend less money to get similar results weather than be manual labor, STEM or or engineering they’ll do it every time.

They’ll find ways to do that every time or ask legislation to ease up on the laws.

If you want to fix the problem, fix the CEO’s.

The only solution would be to fix the problems in their country as to why they are fleeing.
