Stop building prisons based on 2nd graders test scores. Stop bringing drugs over here to be sold in the ghettos. Stop passing bullshyt laws that give a nikka with a crack rock more time than a white man with a trunk full of cocaine. Stop taking 30 minutes to respond to a crime. Stop making reality tv shows centered around black men getting killed and police trying to solve the case within 48 hours. Stop telling us that our culture is wrong, even tho you exploit it and still it to make billions of dollars. Stop telling us that the first thing you have to do when you get a little bit of money is move to a white suburb of yours, even tho theres hundreds of black suburbs in America in 2013. Stop portraying my people as animals in the media. Stop hiding the fact that its YOUR people who are the majority on welfare. Stop hiding the fact that the prison population is like 70% black, even tho white people commit 70% of the crimes in our country.

Theres no fixing Philly...and homicides are actually down. I read an article saying its due to medical advancements and quicker response times though, i wouldnt even know how to confirm that. All the other crimes are still going the same rate and higher.
But the city is beyond saving because theres nothing else left to save. Neighborhoods that used to be safe havens and affordable for people either innocent or people sick of that life don't even exist anymore in Philly. You will fukk around and get your shyt twist nowadays in what used to be those neighborhoods, and now even rich neighborhoods in the far NE.
Now, c00ns will defend this, but its because section 8 opened up to people in these neighborhoods. You have people paying 200 grand for a crib and some bums are paying 500 dollars a month in rent to live in the same model house next to them. and before you chip on the shoulder c00ns come at me...this aint the fukking south, this is philly...im talking about melting pot neighborhoods, white, black, ricans, asians...all living together, all hard working families, not a ghetto...and now all of the sudden these section 8 homes come on the market and apartment complexes making space for section 8 properties.
Now all of the sudden, in neighborhoods where all you had to worry about was neighbors with kids being loud at night, now you have homicides, shootings, robberies, drug houses
Thats how it is now...ALL over Philly. If you wanna get to a nice neighborhood to gotta go waaayyy NE, and even that shyt is getting gully, up in Bensalem and shyt dudes are getting it popping

Philly is in better shape now than it has been in decades
You just happen to be north east philly centric... Which is a declining part of the city... Due to Kenzos and various other poor people moving up... My father grew up in oxford circle when it was 100% jewish... But things change
Areas surrounding center city are booming... Center city is world class these days and areas like fishtown, pt breeze etc are seeing significant improvement
The issue is that we focus to much on integration with white society and not on empowering black communities. We focus on the white man to give us a job, to move next door to there house, and to place are kids in there schools. All this has done is negate the idea of self-sufficient black communities, as you see with other cultures across America. We need to educate are kids with a African American curriculum created by us that promotes black pride. We need to practice group economics, start businesses and circulate money between us, so more of our people become employed. Parenting responsibility should be pushed, men should not be having kids with multiple women and not in the kids lives, women should not be having children with so called thugs and men that show no responsibility.
