Stop building prisons based on 2nd graders test scores. Stop bringing drugs over here to be sold in the ghettos. Stop passing bullshyt laws that give a nikka with a crack rock more time than a white man with a trunk full of cocaine. Stop taking 30 minutes to respond to a crime. Stop making reality tv shows centered around black men getting killed and police trying to solve the case within 48 hours. Stop telling us that our culture is wrong, even tho you exploit it and still it to make billions of dollars. Stop telling us that the first thing you have to do when you get a little bit of money is move to a white suburb of yours, even tho theres hundreds of black suburbs in America in 2013. Stop portraying my people as animals in the media. Stop hiding the fact that its YOUR people who are the majority on welfare. Stop hiding the fact that the prison population is like 70% black, even tho white people commit 70% of the crimes in our country.

legalize weed, take away any forms of negative media and replace it with animal planet circa 1990s, have all cops constantly outside on all blocks all day everyday in cars on foot and on bike, reform the educational system to teach kids beyond testing scores, tear down all cornerstore liq stores and gun stores and replace them with libraries, immediately improve 1 neighborhood after the next by setting up an above min wage job to walk around and clean and recycle sort of like neighborhood janitors and some other stuff

My post was not that we should be looking for them to help. I went on a bit of a rant, but I was really saying that the conditions will NOT change, because these conditions were purposely set up by people in power. The system is literally designed against us. Congress has literally passed laws that specifically target black males, without actually making them say it. They want criminals, because theres MONEY(billions) in "punishing" them.
Truth be told, it wont be hard to clean up the streets, hell look at LA and NYC, at one point they both had the same amount of murders as jaurez mexico is getting now. Now look at them. Thats proof that we can clean up our own communities, but at the end of the day, if the higher powers want to fucc us over again, they can.
