How would you "Fix" Age of Ultron?

I hated James Spader as the voice of Ultron. Every time Ultron spoke, I thought of The Office - Spader played the manager for a brief period. Other than that, the movie wasn't too bad. I do agree, however, the farm scene could've been left out.
