He is saying the government paid for the vaccines. It’s why anyone can get vaccinated. The vaccine rollout plan was a disaster and we probably would be on second dose time by this point under Trump’s terrible schedule, but the government did buy billions of doses. I don’t think Trump planned or wanted that, but that was the result.
