It's actions in bad faith when the POTUS refuses to lean on his party to end the filibuster to pass his own agenda. It's the whole myth of bipartisanship. Biden doesn't want this to pass. Knows the GOP will vote no and so can claim he tried. What changed? Nothing. It's all political theater. Then the Democratic party can cry when they're in the minority again. If Biden wanted this done he'd get his party in line. He doesn't so the Dems deserve to lose. It sucks it's to fascists but hey you don't use everything in your tool box to fix the house you built don't get mad when it collapses on you.
