He was chosen because he had the best chance of defeating Trump, not because he would be transformative :yeshrug:

I don’t understand how anyone who voted for Biden can be surprised or disappointed by what we are seeing. This is who is and has always been.

That said, he’s done a great job so far as president, all things considered.
You can’t even get anything done in this country anyway, people wonder why China is making so much ground on us, because all of our politics revolves around obstruction. A nation cannot progress with pure obstructionist politics. Where does that leave us 50 years from now?

"He can get things done!"

a few months later

"He sucks and that's fine."

:mjlol::laff::laff::laff::russ:

I mean, I knew you "pragmatic and sensible" centrists in the professional managerial class didn't really have any political beliefs because your lives are comfortable and you don't care about anyone else, but I didn't think you'd be this bad at hiding it.

"NAME SOMEONE ELSE THEN! NAME SOMEONE ELSE WHO COULD GET THINGS DONE!" :damn:

I already answered this. And you ignored my answer because you have no rebuttal to it. Joe Biden. He could get things done if he wanted to. But he doesn't. His job, as he sees it, is to drag his feet, propose half measures, jerk off Joe Manchin, wink at his old buddy Mitch McConnell, and pave the way for the Fourth Reich. He is the handmaiden of the military industrial complex. He is Saudi Arabia and Israel's DP recipient.

We told you so. :myman:

This doesn't even make any sense.

Everybody already knows he won't vote for it, or any other bill on the Dem agenda. The only people that seem to think he would are Joe Manchin, Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Biden, and none of them have even attempted to do anything about it.

So, yes, we absolutely can and should blame Dems for bills not passing.

He beat the orange man, and reversed a bunch of hate fueled policies... that doesnt count for anything now?

Wow...:wow:
Reversing things via executive order is easy. Any democrat would’ve done it. Only thing he gets props for is his vaccine rollout and his promotion of safe covid measures, which again, most Democrat nominees would’ve done

l honestly don't know what Sinema's power play is here.

At least with Manchin, he at least tries to explain his BS. Plus you have the excuse of, "Well he's in a deep red state that voted overwhelmingly for Trump, so he's doing what he has to to keep his seat, and he's better than having a Republican there anyway." That is an absolute BS excuse, but at least there's some effort put into it.

But Sinema I just can't figure out. Biden won her state as well as another Dem senator. Her constituents can't be too happy with her because her favorable rating dropped by double digits after that stunt she pulled with the minimum wage. She'll do shyt like that and taking pictures wearing that ring that said "fukk off" but to my knowledge has never granted a major interview to explain her position. She's almost guaranteed to get primaried when her term is up. She didn't even bother to show up to vote for the Jan 6 commission despite that joint statement with Manchin.

I laughed yesterday when Biden held up that paper with the names of GOP senators who voted down the stimulus but bragged about it in their districts. He needs to do the same for Sinema. You can go on her Twitter right now and literally find dozens of posts of her claiming to support legislation, or demanding Congress get it passed, despite being one of the two biggest roadblocks to getting it passed. This is her from just two days ago:

And nobody's buying this shyt because she's always getting ratio'd.

Like I said before, the only thing she seems to do in the Senate is trolling and ratfukking.

Kyrsten Sinema's transformation has been something. She was a far left Green Party anti-Iraq War activist in the early-mid 2000s during the Bush 43 presidency. Ever since then, she's moved further and further to the right. Now, she's a conservadem that's an "institutionalist". Insane.

Also, she uses the fact that she's a "quirky" bisexual white woman to deflect any criticism of her :francis:
