Umm. People who bought a whip before Bluetooth was the standard and don't feel like upgrading their whip for a shytty sounding finicky ass unstable bluetooth connection. Which takes ur shytty mp3's and makes them sound even more shytty. Bluetooth in the whip is dope for phone calls. That's it. If u invested in a system in ur whip it likely has a Bluetooth connection in the deck. But I NEVER use that shyt for music in my whip.

the cars im in have USB interfaces, ion have these problems

my car uses the cassette deck to play music thru my 3.5mm jack

I have used the cd changer in my whip maybe 5 times in 8 years. on top of that, the bluetooth in my car only works for making phone calls.

Most people who are saying 'who cares' aren't defending Apple. We literally don't care because most of us don't use AUX cords or want other people playing shyt in OUR cars.

I don't know what kind of shyt head units/systems you guys have but bluetooth/usb sounds fine to me. If you have a car that doesn't have Bluetooth/USB in 2016 you probably don't have the cash to buy the 800 new iphone anyways so "crisis" adverted.

nikka bluetooth has been out for years. But it hasn't been a standard in whips for years. Especially the base models. I work on car and home audio nikka u barking up the wrong tree. Talking bout "step ya car game up". nikka I got bluetooth connection in my whip and I have a dope sound system. Would NEVER play music thru that shyt over a hard connection. Wanna know why? Cause I invested in a dope sound system. And love dope sound. All u "wireless is better" nikkas don't know shyt about audio. And this even goes for home audio. Go and get a specialist and have them recommend sound for ur crib and see what they say. In car audio if u the driver. The shyt ain't even more convenient being that the device in right next to u in the car anyway. Like I said. It's one thing to like using a bluetooth connection. A completely different thing to act smug about it like it's BETTER. When it in fact is one of the worst ways to listen to music out there.

I usually use the USB port in my car, but the few extra key strokes to set it up make it inconvenient at times so I'll use the aux from time to time....this won't be an issue in the car, but it is somewhat annoying when I just want immediate access to music (and pure at using Bluetooth in the car...I have not been in one ride using that where the audio wasn't acting an ass at some point and missing all sorts of levels...)

Anyway, apple is doing this to see if they're still tastemakers, and apparently the sheep are falling for it. Gaurantee y'all nikkas with $200-400 headphones gonna be mad when you lose that shytty adapter and end up shelling out $65 for it every 6 months.
